16 ounces Rotini (do not salt the water)
1/2 cup white Vinegar
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoon Sugar
Diced Tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic minced.
