1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoons light-tasting olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice or your favorite vinegar
3 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garlic lemony herb butter: In a medium bowl, combine butter, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, thyme, salt and black pepper.
Cut broccoli into florets and place in a bowl. Pour Garlic lemony herb butter over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes. Stir and bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
