Steak Rub 3 tbsps spanish paprika (pimenton hot smoked, preferably pimenton de la vera picante)
3 tbsps coarse salt
4 tsps onion powder (granulated)
2 tsps garlic powder (granulated)
2 tsps ground white pepper (freshly)
11/2 tsps black pepper (freshly ground)
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried oregano
